Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Charlotte James Care Home on 21st August aged 85 years.

Brother of the late Mary Chamberlain and Margaret Chambers.

The funeral service will be held on Friday 22nd September at 12.15pm in the Willow Chapel at Bretby Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations in memory of John are for St Giles Hospice and may be placed in the collection box following the service.
